The RM group of companies is a forward thinking and dynamic financial strategies company yet firmly believes in the traditional methods of client care.

The RM Group consists of two companies:

• RM Corporate Finance Ltd - General corporate finance consultancy and company mentoring for privately held UK limited companies. Consultancy services offered include: capital raising, restructuring and preparation for sale (Trade Sale) plus company valuations.

• Orchard Lane Ltd - This financial planning service for private companies and individuals specialises in employee benefits, retention & incentive advice. Other services offered include: Tax planning (IHT, CGT, family and offshore trusts), specialist pensions (including commercial and residential property investments), investment and protection advice. Experience has proven that corporate finance and traditional financial services working in harmony can prove very effective.
